Refunds

Refunds for minute packs.

Who handles your request depends on where you bought your pack.

Minute packs

Packs are one-time purchases. Their minutes do not expire, and there is no recurring subscription to cancel.

Direct purchases through Paddle

  • Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if none of that pack’s minutes have been used.
  • For your first paid pack, we also offer one satisfaction refund within 14 calendar days if you have used no more than five minutes from that pack. Your free trial does not count toward those five paid minutes.
  • Contact us about duplicate charges, missing minutes or service faults even outside those limits. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law and the seller’s rules.

These voluntary terms do not limit your mandatory consumer rights or a more favorable refund granted by Paddle. Using the product does not by itself waive those rights.

Use the help link on your Paddle receipt, visit Paddle support, or email marcos@montalvo.io with your order reference. Do not send card details. The seller processes approved refunds to the original payment method where available; bank timing varies. We do not deduct our own processing fee from a full refund.

App Store and Google Play purchases

Apple decides App Store refunds; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use its refund process. Store rules and applicable law govern these purchases. The direct-purchase guarantee does not promise a store refund.

What happens to your minutes

An approved full refund removes the unused minutes from that purchase only. Other packs remain available. Minutes already used stay in your usage history, and the refund does not create a negative spendable balance. A request alone does not remove minutes.

We do not offer routine discretionary partial refunds. Provider-issued or legally required partial refunds are reviewed against the affected purchase and amount. A tax-only correction does not reduce translation minutes.

Deleting your account forfeits any remaining minutes. If a pack still qualifies for a refund, ask for it before you delete your account.

Earlier subscriptions

TwoWay no longer sells subscriptions. If you still have one from an earlier preview, its original App Store, Google Play or Paddle terms continue to apply. Cancel it in your store’s subscription settings or with the management link in your Paddle receipt. Deleting your TwoWay account does not cancel it.
