Delete your account in the app
Deleting your account forfeits your remaining minutes, including unused pack minutes. They can’t be restored or refunded afterwards, so if a recent pack qualifies for a refund, ask before you delete.
If you still have a subscription from an earlier preview:
- Bought directly through Paddle: cancel it first, with the management link in your Paddle receipt or Manage subscription in the Mac app’s Account & plan. TwoWay can’t delete an account while its Paddle subscription can still renew; the app will tell you if this applies.
- App Store or Google Play: cancel it in your store’s subscription settings. Deleting your TwoWay account does not cancel it.
- Open TwoWay and go to Account & plan.
- Choose Delete account…. Check the account email shown, or enter the email you use to sign in if prompted. Then choose Email a deletion code.
- Enter the code from your email and choose Delete my account, then confirm.
What deletion does
- Removes your email address and disables access to your account on every device.
- Forfeits your remaining minutes, including trial and pack minutes.
- Keeps the records we are required to keep: payment, purchase, subscription, usage and balance records for seven years, and a protected trial identifier that prevents repeat free trials. Encrypted backups that still contain your email expire within 30 days. Hosting services may keep ordinary connection and security records.
- Conversations are not stored on TwoWay’s servers, so there are none to delete there. Records already held by OpenAI or payment providers follow their policies.
Export your records
In Account & plan, choose Export account records. You get a JSON file with your core account records, including your email and account history. Conversations, provider records, logs and backups are not included. Keep the file private.
Without the app
Email marcos@montalvo.io from the address you sign in with and say whether you want an export, a correction or deletion. We verify requests before disclosing or deleting records. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or recordings.
